We will leave your bins and caddies on the pavement outside your business, unless an alternative location has been agreed.
The bin will have a label, so you know that it belongs to you.
You must take the containers off the pavement as soon as you can. Your containers can only be on the pavement for collections. If you do not have storage for them, please contact us to discuss your options.
We will replace damaged bins for free, as well as bins that are lost during the collection process. Our collection team will report a damaged or lost bin, and we will arrange a replacement. You do not need to contact us.
If the damage is not due to wear and tear or caused during collection, we may charge you for a new bin. For example, if they are damaged because of misuse.
You will be charged for lost or stolen bins.
