As part of your collection service, you have to sign:
- a Waste Transfer Note, and
- terms and conditions.
This forms your contract and contains all the information you need, such as:
- your collection day,
- types of waste we will collect,
- how often we will collect, and
- where your waste goes once collected.
If we cannot collect your waste due to customer fault, you will still be charged. For example, if your bin has incorrect items in it or the bins are not out for collection.
It is a rolling annual contract. You must give us 90 days’ notice if you want to end it.
