Did you have an afternoon/evening collection before lockdown?
We are not currently able to offer the afternoon/evening waste collection service, due to limited staff and resources. If you previously used this service, we recommend that you get in touch to discuss your options and alternative collection times. We will try our best to accommodate all requests.
Single waste stream collections
The Covid-19 pandemic has led to drastic changes in staffing, markets and fleet availability, and this has impacted the way we can deliver our services. We are currently collecting all waste streams on one vehicle, which may impact your collection days. We will keep you informed as our service delivery evolves.
Do you require a slightly different service?
If you are operating with reduced or amended opening hours, we can help you to re-arrange your collection schedule and services to better suit your needs. Amendments to services can be made with no administration fees, so if you need fewer or more collections when you re-open, just let us know.
We can also arrange additional one-off collections, if you need help clearing extra waste before you re-open.
